We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

	Darla Carle - Patient Coordinator Darla is an Anderson native. She joined our staff in June of 2003. She lives with her husband, Donnie and her dog, Lizzie. Darla previously worked at Anderson University. She has two sons, Christopher and Kyle. Her hobbies include taking trips to Florida to see her sons, camping and reading. Darla enjoys greeting all the patients and families who walk through our doors.
	Kristi McCombs - Clinical Assistant Kristi graduated from Jay County High School. She worked in general dentistry before joining our staff in the fall of 2000. She and her husband, Matt, live in Dunkirk with their sons, Colton and Ian. Her hobbies include spending time with her boys and her many pets.
	Kelly McCowan-Williams - New Patient Coordinator Kelly resides in Muncie with her husband Hank and has three great step-daughters (Raichel, Molly and Hannah). Kelly joined our staff in October 2000 and loves working here with her Mom. Kelly meets with our new patients and introduces them to orthodontics. She enjoys doing home improvements, working in her yard and walking her dog, Brutus. In the summertime Kelly spends her extra time working at Muncie Dragway.
	Twila Morgan - Clinical Assistant Twila is a Jay County graduate and a graduate of Indiana Business College. She worked for Citizens First State Bank before joining our staff in December of 2003. She lives in Muncie. Twila's hobbies include going to movies and spending time with her friends on the weekend.
	Tiffiany Pippin - Clinical Assistant Tiffiany is a Muncie Native and a 1994 Delta High School graduate. has worked for Dr. Avila for nine years. She currently resides in Muncie with her husband, Wedge, her 3 daughters, Areianna age 8, Josie age 5 and Felicity age 3. She enjoys shopping, swimming, sunbathing, and spending time with family and friends.
	Karin Shreves - Financial Coordinator Karin manages accounts receivable and payables for Dr. Avila. She also assists patients with their dental insurance concerns. Karin holds a 2-yr Associate Degree from Ball State and has attended several continuing education classes that relate to her role in Dr. Avila's practice. Before joining our office in May 2001, she was Shipping Manager at St. GoBain. Karin had been employed at St. GoBain for over 23 years. Karin resides in Dunkirk and has two daughters, Carrie and Kelly. She is also the proud grandmother of one grandson, Cameron. Karin enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching her husband, Rick, drag race. She also likes working on home improvements and playing with their beagle, Sam.
